Brookdale Science Fair has fantastic turnout

On Friday, March 9, the Brookdale School held their 2nd Annual Science Fair. There was a fantastic turnout with guests from Beautiful Plains School Division, the community, and judges from around Wes­tern Manitoba. Thirty-five grade 1-8 students from Brook­dale School and Fairway Colony School presented projects. The top four projects in grades 1-4 and the top four projects in grades 5-8 were selected to move on to the regional fair. Here is a list of our winners heading to the regional science fair.

The Western Manitoba Science Fair will be held on Tuesday, April 10th, at the Healthy Living Center in Brandon, MB and will bring together approximately 500 students in grades 1-12 from across Western Manitoba. Congratulations to all who participated and good luck to the students at WMSF in April.
