Update on Chase Martens case

In a release this morning, the RCMP stated that the case of missing two-year-old Chase Martens remains a priority for them and that they along with partners remain committed to the search.

The search was suspended late yesterday evening, but at 9:00 a.m. this morning volunteers and recuse personnel were back at it. The RCMP have also brought in the UAVs to help with mapping and photographing the search area. Those were deployed around 8:30 a.m. this morning.

The RCMP would like to remind anyone that might be operating an aircraft around the Austin area to avoid the search area as directed by the Notice to Airmen as small aircraft that enter the search zone will cause the UAV's to be grounded.

They are also reminding people that if you have any information on the whereabouts of Chase to please contact them or your local Police Department. Any little bit of information, no matter how insignificant you feel it might be, just might be the missing piece of the puzzle needed to bring Chase home.
